Kairos Prison Ministry is a volunteer ministry that brings Christ’s love and forgiveness to
incarcerated individuals. Kairos Prison Ministry holds two special weekends for inmates at Wende Correctional for men and Albion
Correctional for women each year along with two mini-retreats and weekly or monthly grouping opportunities. Members of this ministry will have a
variety of choices as to their involvement ranging from individual prayer, letter writing, fund raising opportunities, donation of cookies,
poster making, place mat decorating, attendance at a Holy Hour and a fence serenade at the correctional facility, and the opportunity to work
a Kairos weekend either as a member of the inside or outside volunteer team. Time commitment can range from an hour or two all the way up to 50
or 60 hours depending on your desire for involvement.
